Where are FIFTYEIGHT PRODUCTS porcelain items manufactured?
All of our porcelain is 100% Made in Germany according to social and environmental standards. This includes certification for environmental compliance with the ISO 14001 standard and ISO 50001 standard for energy savings. We work with one of the country’s best porcelain manufacturers to ensure that our items are premium products that you can enjoy for a long time.
What is the design process behind these fun products?
All facial expressions of TASSEN characters still originate from 3D-animated films, which have at this point become cult classics. Films featuring the large tea pot, the little jolly jug, the screeching egg cups, or the cheeky-as-ever bowls generate millions of views on YouTube. What is the deal with portrait coffee cups of Beethoven, Mozart and other luminaries?
These are part of the premium TALENT line of porcelain coffee cups. In 2015, we launched the TALENT line of cups featuring sculpted portraits of artistic geniuses from world history in three-dimensional details. Taking these icons of world culture “off the high pedestal” and bringing them onto the table as conversation pieces, the TALENT collection blurs the line between dishware and collector’s items. CARE AND HANDLING
Can I put my porcelain bowls and cups in the microwave and dishwasher?
Sure! All of our porcelain is hotel-grade quality and fully dishwasher and microwave proof.
Are your porcelain products heat proof?
You bet! All our TASSEN porcelain products are baked inside a hot oven. At our German porcelain factory, the bowls receive their finishing touches in an industrial grade oven. During the so-called gloss firing, the bowls spend 7 hours in the hot oven at 2588 F. So you can place our porcelain bowls in the hot oven at home, we even have a cool recipe for ‘cup’ cakes baked in our cups right here.
Are your products child-proof?
That really depends on the child ;) But generally, keep in mind that porcelain is breakable and use your best judgement before letting little ones handle these products.
What if the lid for my sugar bowl or tea pot happens to break? Or one of the saucers for espresso and coffee cups?

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Where are the orders shipped from?
All orders are packed at our warehouse in Miami, Florida.
Can I track my package?
Yes! You should have received an email with a tracking number once your package was shipped. Use the tracking number, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and address and order number. We will track the package for you.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. But we process and ship orders as quickly as possible and work with UPS as a quality shipping service.
What if my product is defective?
In case you have received a damaged or defective item, please send 1-2 photos of the broken item to our email email@example.com and our team will process a replacement as soon as possible. Please make sure to include the order number and purchase date of the item in question. No need to send the broken items back, photos are sufficient.
Do you ship to Canada or other countries outside of the United States?
We do not offer the option for products to be shipped to destinations outside the United States at this time from this website.

Can I change something after I placed my order?
Yes, but only in a short period after placing the order. We also can’t guarantee anything. Email us and we will try our best to make your change happen before it ships!
